Therefore, SEOBoost Plus does not guarantee:
- A specific Google or search-engine ranking

3. SEO Audit and Free Consultation
If you request a free SEO audit, consultation, or website analysis, the information and recommendations provided are intended for general informational and preliminary assessment purposes.
A free audit does not automatically create a client relationship or guarantee that SEO services will be provided.

SEO performance can be affected by changes made by:
- Search engines
- Website developers
- Hosting providers
- CMS platforms
- Plugins and third-party tools

- Other third parties
SEOBoost Plus is not responsible for performance issues resulting from changes made by the client or third parties without our knowledge or approval.

Search engines regularly update their algorithms, policies, ranking systems, and technical requirements.
Such changes may positively or negatively affect website rankings and traffic.
SEOBoost Plus will make reasonable efforts to adapt strategies to significant changes, but we cannot guarantee protection against ranking or traffic fluctuations caused by search engine updates.
7. Content and Website Materials
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving content, recommendations, website changes, and other materials before publication.
The client should ensure that all information supplied for publication is accurate and does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

- The client retains ownership of materials and intellectual property originally supplied by the client.
- Final deliverables specifically created for the client may be subject to the ownership terms stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party software, platforms, tools, or intellectual property.
9. Payments and Fees
Where paid services are provided, fees, payment schedules, billing terms, and deliverables will be communicated through the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Either party may terminate a service arrangement in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in the applicable service agreement or proposal.
Upon termination:
- Outstanding amounts for completed work may remain payable.
- Access to certain services or deliverables may be discontinued.
- Any applicable notice period will continue to apply.
- Work already completed or initiated may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Specific cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service purchased.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility, where applicable, will depend on the terms stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Because SEO services involve time, research, strategy, implementation, and ongoing work, fees for services already performed may generally be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
